As someone with no prior athletic training and a serious lack of coordination, I was hesitant when it came to finding a gym to join. I had looked around and joined other gyms where I had to figure everything out myself. I didn't get as motivated until I heard about CFPG. Honestly I didn't know what I was thinking, but I trusted my friends and went. I don't regret making the change and joining this CrossFit FAMILY. That's what it is... a FAMILY. The coaches are fantastic and really do care about each and every one of us - not just in form, technique, and reaching personal goals, but in all aspects of our health and lives. Its a fun atmosphere and everyone is so supportive of each other. I have never felt more accepted in a GYM before, and quite frankly I never thought that would ever come from my mouth.... but if you are looking for a place to work out and meet some amazing new friends, then CFPG is the place to drop in!!
